THE GOLDEN SOFFIT
By washing the timber-lined ceilings with warm light, we have created a glow that radiates outward, making the massive concrete slabs appear to float. This villa is a testament to the fact that modernism is not cold when it is thoughtful. Through the use of warm wood tones and a layout that prioritizes the movement of air and water, it transcends the "white box" trope to become a living, breathing sanctuary.
